Technology in classrooms improve children's literacy - SNSA finds

A study done by SchoolNet South Africa or SNSA, has found that the introduction and integration of digital tools in the classroom have proven to improve the literacy levels among children. This follows after the shocking report of the Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS) in 2017 that stated that at least 78% of grade 4 learners in South African cannot read properly.
According to SNSA the solution to the foundation phase reading crisis - is technology!
