Jennifer Garner Stages Invention for Ex Ben Affleck As He Enters Rehab Ben Affleck, 46, has entered rehab for a third time after his ex and mother of his three children, Jennifer Garner, 46, allegedly staged an intervention at his home on Aug. 22. Jennifer was reportedly seen leaving Ben’s place “upset and shaking,” according to PEOPLE. The Peppermint actress eventually returned to Ben’s home with an unidentified woman to drive him to a treatment facility in Malibu. “Her number one concern is the kids,” a source asid, noting Garner has been hoping to finalize their divorce soon, but “struggles” with questions like, “Is Ben healthy enough to have custody? Can she rely on him to co-parent?” There are three children she and Affleck share — Samuel, 6, Seraphina, 9, and Violet, 12.
