Bakersfield hit 70 degrees today making it a 4-day run-in-a-row in the 70s for afternoon highs. We won't see highs like that for quite a while as winter makes a strong return to the entire state. Highs on Tuesday will drop into the low and mid 50s as rain develops throughout the day turning heaviest in the late afternoon and overnight period into Wednesday..
