At 19th International Stationery & Office Products Fair Tokyo 2008 Sankenkagaku exhibited it PachiPita used to diffuse static electricity in order to prevent damage to sensitive electronics and painful shocks.  By touching or simply placing your hand over PachiPita the static electricity built up in your body is released into the air.  It has an adhesive on the back which does not leave a residue when attached to a surface and can be removed and put on another surface.
