My second car, got it at Dade county (Miami) auction for $2500 in 1994. It had the police suspension package, 100 amp alternator and light bar cable that ran from the dash to the ceiling. Dashboard was reinforced and it was the first year Chrysler put airbags in the M bodies. In excellent condition, from the Dade County Fire department. They were getting rid of the Dodge fleet and bringing in lots of Ford Crown Vics back then. This was on a 1996 road trip up to NJ. It starts in Florence, SC where I think it got its first freeze overnight. I was concerned about the carburetor giving me trouble in the 9 degree NJ winter that year but the car was always eager to start and I think it even ran better in the cold. It was a very good car except for the gas hungry v8.
