This is a bit intense. You can make it easier by putting everyone in back row and turning down the battle speed, but that's no fun. You can only get Fury for Cloud before this battle, so you really need two healers here.

NM = No Materia
NI = No Items
IE = Initial Equipment
NA = No Accessories
NNMI = No Non-Mandatory Inns
L1L = Level 1 Limits Only

Remaining mandatory inns:

15. Cloud is healed as soon as you enter Gold Saucer
16. Barret is healed when he fights Dyne
17. The party is healed after you defeat Gi Nattack
18. The party is healed in Gold Saucer, just before heading to the Temple of the Ancients
19. The party is healed in Gongoga, after the Temple of the Ancients
20. The party is healed when you have dug for the "Lunar Harp"
21. The party is healed in the Forgotten City ( you have to sleep to get the Big Fish out of the way, I always found that a bit illogical but oh well....)
22. The party is healed once you get to control Barret at the Execution
23. The party is healed once you re-enter Midgar
24. The party is healed after Hojo, at the end of Disc2.

Some notes:

A. You are not allowed to pass out on the Great Glacier or Gaea's Cliff, as you will then be brought back to Mr. Holzoff's cabin and the party will be healed.
B. You must have Tifa in the party when you reach the Whirlwind Maze. Otherwise, she will come and force herself into the party and you will get healed.
C. You can't catch up with the train on the way back to North Corel and you can't crash it into town. If you do, you will get healed. Just put the controller down the moment the timer shows up.
