These slopes are part of my shortest but hilliest commuting route option. The ascent at the beginning is "only" 17% but it feels more brutal than steeper roads I've ridden on in my area. The descent at 9:47 is around 15/16%, and the view is spectacular when the road dives into the valley, but the video doesn't really do it justice.
