The DA vs De Lille matter continues to dominate headlines. Today, the DA's Constitution was under the spotlight, as counsel for Mayor, Patricia de Lille, argued in front of a full bench at the High Court in Cape Town. Advocate, Dali Mpofu submitted that the DA had tried to axe de Lille legally but failed twice, and that the method they had used to oust her, was unconstitutional.
