http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com It's rare to find a hotel or pension in Europe that doesn't lay out a buffet feast at breakfast time. And, I'd hate to check my cholesterol levels after 10 days of cheese and butter-loaded croissants! Yes...there is juice and the occasional yogurt and fruit but there's nothing like a huge cheese and ham sandwich...or maybe two...to begin the day. If that's not enough, replenish all calories expended and then some at dinner with my favorite Tarteflette, a French classic made with potatoes, bacon, creamy wine sauce with Reblochon Cheese (let's just call it a big potatoes au gratin) AND a hot chocolate tarte to die for. The key difference in this one was a gooey center of warm caramel. Doesn't that get the juices running? Please don't forget to Subscribe Share and Like. Thanks.
