I play this tune at sessions and it always makes me want to bop around the room for sheer joy! It's been around in tune books since the late 18th century, is sometimes known as "Tom Tolley's Hornpipe", and has a very "Handelian" feel to it. I'm playing it on tenor guitar lead with bass and guitar backing. I felt like standing up and "performing" this one, rather than just sitting and recording as usual - it's always felt like a bit of 18th century rock'n roll... It's played in G - capo on 2 and voiced in F. Play it LOUD, either through good speakers or headphones. You can get the music, tab and chords from my website: www.willflyguitar.com Tenor guitar and mid-jumbo "No. 18" made for me by Ian Chisholm: https://ianchisholm.co.uk/
