This Evo 8 is plain insane! With "R" compound street tires it can run full boost/power in 2nd gear, and have no wheel spin. The car was set-up using Haltech gear based boost control, so 1st gear is dialed down to 20psi or 600whp. The fuel system was at 96% duty cycle at this power level, but the compressor was becoming inefficient so the tune could not be taken further.
