This particular car received our stage 1 engine package due to the OEM cylinder #4 piston cracking. The cat in the Perrin downpipe had "bricked" and slowly destroyed the engine and turbo by creating massive backpressure. We decided a simple engine build, drop in turbo and larger injectors were in order to push the car past its previous 300whp/315tq mark. The combination is great and suits this 30,000 mile a year daily driver well. More power/torque can be achieved if we pushed this set-up harder but in the interest of reliability for long term use we choose a more conservative route.
