As childhood obesity has become a global problem, ways to boost physical activity especially in school years has become a critical goal. It is also one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. One innovative model is the Brain Breaks system created by HOPSports, which uses web-based 2-5 minute activity breaks designed for the individual classroom setting. CGTN's Michal Bardavid brings you more from the fifth International Conference for Physical Education and Sports Science.
