Human rights groups are alarmed at the use of child fighters in Iraq. Children as young as 13 years old are being recruited into militias to fight against ISIL in Anbar province. ISIL had also recruited children to fight, showing that both sides are entrenched. Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports from Baghdad.
