Food technology falls in and between the food we consume and the companies who produce it. Food technologists are largely responsible for the different products which are on the market. From the packaging control to the sample tasting of all products, Food technologists are involved in a product from experimenting with certain ingredients, tastes, colours and textures to the actual production and continuous improvement of a product. Food technology plays a big role in the products we see on the shelves every single day.
