Cinema 4d 11.5 logo test

After using after effects I thought the next thing to try was Cinema 4d, to create 3d imagery. Having had it a week and having no sleep, doing no house work and skiving off early from work. I knocked up this simple logo test just to see how effective it was. I'm no 3d compositor but found the program pretty straight forward and user friendly. I'm still trying to implement Cinema 4D with after effects but having trouble with layers and getting to use the camera and lights within after effects but as yet no joy. I'll have to download more tutorials from Maxon or watch youtube. Your helpful tips would be much appreciated.
