If Armenia was to use the entire national budget for 2012 just to pay off its external debt, it would still owe a huge amount of money. That remaining debt, if converted into 50,000 dram bills stacked on top of each other, would be as high as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the world's tallest building.
