RUSSIA and USA should UNITE ! It's long been an 'elitist' goal that Russia and the USA merge or unite. It's actually a good idea if it's the people themselves that unite versus the elite crooks on the top. In such a scenario of political union it needs to be done in such a way that the various states of this union have the most rights, so that that a central authority cannot trample the rights of the people in certain regions. Actually this was the ideological cause of the 'War Between the States'. There are needs to be the 'Bill of Rights' enshrined in law as a protection against government encroachment of the people's rights. The only way to guarantee world peace is for Russia and the USA to unite.
