Thousands of students walked out of classes across the United States on Friday to protest for stricter gun control. News2Share's Ford Fischer captured raw footage from the scene in Washington DC, where about 400 students gathered at the White House and marched to the Capitol. The event was intentionally held on the 19th anniversary of the massacre at Columbine High School and was the second national walkout since the Feb. 14 massacre of 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
