Christians across the country have held special church services to make this year's democracy day expressing hope of a new Nigeria where the broken walls are rebuilt and Nigeria taking its pride of place in the comity of nations.

This hope of a new Nigeria dominated the 2014 democracy day inter-denominational church service at the national Christian centre, Abuja.
