We stop and toured the Tuskegee National Airman Historical Site. This is an old Army base turned into a museum. It details the history of the African American Pilot program during Word War II. This is a great place to visit to learn about the history of the Red Tails. After years of working 60 to 70 hours a week and never taking a vacation, Carolyn and I decided to quit our job and begin our full time RV’ing. We bought a 1970 Starcraft pop-up camper and a fixed it up. We may buy something more substantial later but we are quite excited starting our adventure in this pop-up. “We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
