Great Central Railway held there annual Mail by Rail summer event in the blistering summer sunshine, and with the added addition of the steam crane which was used for demonstrations on the day it meant for a good day of steam action. Unfortunately i didn't bother with the demos as i wasn't that interested in it though it can be seen working in the background. The travelling post office drops were hauled by BR Standard Mogul 78019 & the Gresley N2. All drops are featured in and around Quorn & Woodhouse. Hope you enjoy.
