We pressure fermented an IPA and it tastes amazing so far off the brite/uni-tank. Here we are dry-hopping it with 6oz of LupulN2 Cryo Simcoe Hops, and 2oz of the Mosaic version (about 1# worth of hops if you cound each 1oz of cryo hops as 2oz of regular hops).
