ive nearly finished reading grant morrison's run on animal man and it is crazy. considering i've read doom patrol and the invisibles i am all too familiar with grant morrision's wierdness in comics but i can still get surprised with him behind the helm. to be fair though animal man is far more acessable to the average comic reader than doom patrol and especially for invisibles which actually requires some heavy outside knowledge in magic and occult rituals to figure it out all the way.
