http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com A video showing all the different Japanese food we ate in a short period of time would have taken at least 10-15 minutes; that's how many varieties were served and seen. I, for one, had never dreamed there were so many different ways to cook Tofu (which will never be one of my favorites no matter what guise it appears in). I spend each meal asking poor Yumiko (our guide), "What is this? What is that? How is it prepared?" and still can't find information or spelling for some items. Whatever it was, and whatever we ate, presentation was always beautifully served and six out of 11 items, delicious. Even the crunchy grasshoppers were edible.
