Mombasa, Kilifi governors back three tier government system

Mombasa governor, Hassan Joho, has backed a proposal by his counterpart, Kilifi Governor, Amason Kingi, for a new structure of governance in the country which both describe as a fully fledged federal system of government. The two governors propose that the current system be done away with and a three-tier system of government adopted.
