DigInfo - http://movies.diginfo.tv Nippon Electric Glass Co., Ltd exhibited their Valuna Glass which contains an agent within the glass that stores light and then glows in the dark.   Best used with black lights, it is available in green and blue.  Other similar products have simply have a coating which stores the light but that can be damaged and worn away but since Valuna's storing material is on the inside it can't wear away. Because it doesn't wear away it can be used outside.
