Philippines Flooding Update - October 2009 In Bagumbayan, one of the neighborhoods in Metro Manila hardest-hit by Tropical Storm Ketsana, Save the Children has created a child-friendly space in an evacuation center in the local gymnasium. The singing and games shown in this video are helping displaced children find their voice and add a little normalcy to their daily lives.
