http://wushushaolin.com/ In accord with the historical "life in a day effort" to document a single day here on earth, I decided to film a small documentary about my Saturday morning. This short documentary follows my morning from the Wushu Shaolin Kung Fu School in Hawthorne CA to the Korean Bell in San Pedro Ca. I am performing traditional Shaolin Kung Fu routines that derive from the Shaolin Buddhist Temple in Henan province China. For more information please contact me at www.wushushaolin.com
