In this video we'll make a forming die to produce some custom aluminum rivets that will be further used to fix some of my granson's toys... We machine some 4140 hardened steel, this steel is around 30 Rockwell C in hardness. Also a method to achieve some high quality and precises reams... Hope you enjoy...!!!
