Grinding the top of Graziano compound slide to get straight

Using a surface grinder to regrind the top of a Graziano SAG-12 compound slide in order to get rid of a bowl shaped wear near the T-slot mount. This will allow the Aloris tool post to sit properly flat and increase the strength to stop it from rotating under the pressure caused by the cutting operation. The whole top surface will test better than +/- 0.0001" (0.00254mm) on the flatness measured on a Starrett precision pink granite surface.
