Well-known observation points on the north side are Point Imperial, Sublime and Bright Angel Point.
Because of extreme weather conditions in recent years, vegetation has suffered considerably.
Flowers in particular can hardly be found on the south side. In principle everything is there, but it is nature that determine where and when.
The north side is most beautiful early in summer.

The Grand Canyon is an immense gorge carved by the Colorado River into the high plateaus of northwestern Arizona in the southwestern United States. Grand Canyon National Park was established in 1919 and includes nature reserves, plant and animal sanctuaries, Native American reservations and recreational areas.
Officially designated by UNESCO as World Heritage Site, this site is to be safeguarded for the future as a testimony to its enduring past.
