I provide a description on what a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) the Field Service Action (FSA) and a Special Service Message (SSM) the meaning of these actions and how they affect you when it comes to repairs and if you are required to pay for them. 

I also address the issues with the door latch failures on the Ford Edge and the fact that Ford has issued recalls on many other models but has yet to issue a recall on the Ford Edge for the Door latch failures..
