Don't buy a brownie mix from the store when you can easily make them from scratch at home, and it doesn't take that much more time. Homemade brownies taste super yummy and are a piece of cake er um brownie to make. :) Go out there and make some! Let's get baking.

 Ingredients:

1 cup of sugar (200 g)
1/2 cup of canola oil or vegetable oil (120 mL)
2 large eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract (5 mL)
1/2 cup of flour (60 g)
1/4 tsp of salt (1.5 g)
1/4 tsp of baking powder (1.5 g)
1/3 cup of cocoa powder (35 to 40 g)
6 oz of half a bag of chocolate chips (use your favorite) (168 g)
11x7 or 9x9 grease pan
