I-10 Truck Rollover Accident

I watched as the white truck came around a turn near I10 and PCH. The winds were gusty with the tail end of a storm passing through. I think the wind, the lightly loaded truck and speed around the turn contributed to it flipping over and almost destroying that other car next to it. The sound of it was unbelievable. You can see the CHP turning the cars around to exit the freeway at the accident site.
