Why you MUST meditate

When you train the mind, you are able to tap into that deep wisdom and deep inner peace that all of us are. If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, insecurity, self-doubt or confusion, meditation can really help. I promise. I know it's ANNOYING when anyone tells you what you MUST do, but after watching my friend in such mental distress, I felt inspired to share my thoughts on the importance of training the mind through a meditation practice. I know some people find this through other practices. Meditation is what has worked for me. Please share below what has worked for you. Also, I know this is quiet.
