ANC Eastern Cape Chairperson, Oscar Mabuyane and his deputy, Mlungisi Mvoko are among the four new MECs in the provincial cabinet. Eastern Cape Premier, Phumulo Masualle, shuffled his cabinet late Thursday. The reshuffle saw four MECs perceived to have been at odds with the current ANC provincial leadership in the lead up to last year's violent elective conference - getting the chop.
