Happy Valentine's Day loves! I wanted to create a tutorial that can easily be dressed down for those of you who will be dressing more for comfort like me! I've also recently discovered that I have hooded eyes (not sure how it took me this long), but I incorporated some tips for how to do eyeshadow specifically for hooded eyes!
