Assistant Chief Joseph Rotich was thrust into the limelight when a video of him in a drunken stupor while in official uniform, went viral online. Two years later, Rotich says he’s broken free from the alcoholism prison, and is now the government’s anti - alcoholism ambassador in the south Rift.
