1-2 pounds of chicken
onion
celery
carrots (raw will take longer to cook)
fresh potatoes (optional again will take longer to cook)
2 cups frozen corn
2 10oz cans of cream of potato
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup half n half (I added a little over half a cup because it was a bit thick from the fresh potatoes)
Also we found adding cooked bacon chunks when you add the half and half was pretty good :)

Set crockpot to low

Add in chicken, onion, celery, carrots, potatoes, corn, soups, chicken broth, dill and poultry seasoning. Cook until chicken is done. Remove and cut up chicken and check veggies. If veggies are still too hard continue cooking until tender. Once everything is cone add your half/half and turn off let sit for 10 minutes. It needs to stand so the soup thickens a bit. You can then add croutons, bacon, cheese you name it! This is just our take on the chicken corn chowder :)
