Senior duels from 25 October (Part 2 of 2). As you know by now, these are not choreographed. As you watch, keep in mind the objective of each duel is to hit the opponent's hand without letting them hit mine. Can you spot the attacks, counter attacks, and number of hits on the hands and forearm? The longer you train with us the more fun it gets when you duel because you can both flow with each other. 30 seconds might seem like a short time but when you're in it, it feels like a crazy cardio workout.
