Angie Scott, 37, and her husband Stuart Harris, 37 designed the cake for a sloe gin loving couple who wanted something special to mark their magical day. The cake, which weighs a whopping 20 kilos is made from a complex design of icing, sponge cake as well as chocolate, vanilla and butter cream and took three days to build.
