Seek advice from your professional care giver before trying essential oils. Most people I know do not ingest essential oils. Instead, they use it in bath water, diffuse it in a diffuser, or use it with a carrier oil. Some essential oils should never be used on babies under age one or pregnant women. Some medical conditions and medications do not go well with essential oils. Essential oils are not safe for pets.
