There's nothing like a battered fried bloomin onion and this is the first time I've ever used bloomin onion mix to fry fish with. Both of these recipes came out great, I don't know if you're city or state sell this product for the bloomin onion mix. Pick up a box of bloomin onion mix at your local grocery store and follow the directions on the back for making the batter.
