"Does He Really Care For Me?," written by Larry Weiss and Fred Anisfield and recorded by Ruby and the Romantics for the Kapp label, reached number 87 on the Billboard Pop Single chart in February 1965. Despite excellent recordings and well chosen songs, their popularity steadily declined and this turned out to be their last hit. It was included in the Kapp LP, Ruby and the Romantics Greatest Hits, and can be found on the CD, Our Day Will Come: The Very Best of Ruby & the Romantics on RPM Records.
