It has all the features you need to make the most of your day on the water, or really anytime you need full coverage in the heat. The fabric is a lightweight blend that dries in a flash, but what I really love is the seersucker-like texture—it’s puckered and doesn’t cling as the day gets hot, keeping you cooler. For even more breathability, it has hidden mesh panels on the front yoke and back that let air circulate. UPF 40 sun protection blocks 98% of UV rays, which is critical when you’re outside. The caped back allows for a full range of motion when casting, and the roll-tab long sleeves convert to short if the day really heats up. Drop-in chest pockets keep small essentials handy, and the concealed button-down collar won’t flap when wind kicks up on the river or flats. But if I had to pick a favorite feature—it’s this sunglass-cleaning cloth built right into the shirttail. I use this all day long.
