Mike Stewart brings over 35 years of dog training experience to these highly interactive, progressively presented dog training clinics. Mike has shared his unique, low force, natural training methodology across the country, which has gained enormous credibility among hunters and competitors alike. The Wildrose methodology of gundog training is perfect for the waterfowl and upland game hunter seeking a calm, controllable game finding companion which is equally proficient in the field as compatible in the home. The “Wildrose Way” is a totally unique approach to gundog training perfected in the field and marsh –realistic hunting situations. Participants will learn how to train their gundogs for a variety of game through positive reinforcement, avoiding the use of electric collars, force fetch, spike collars and other mechanical training techniques. You will see the difference in dogs after just one session! All gun dog breeds welcome. And don’t worry if you don’t have your dog yet. You can still learn and train with us.
