Here we see a Alaska railroad freight train on a picture perfect day, on the first of October, 2015. Last night was the first real snowfall for this area. The first location is just North of Girdwood. The second location is along the Seward highway, where people fill up water from the natural spring about 30 miles South of Anchorage.
