25 Shots Fired At Entertainment Centre, No One Injured

Police are on the hunt for two suspects who were believed to have fired 25 shots towards the entrance of an entertainment centre in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur last night. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. City CID chief SAC Rusdi Mohd Isa said 25 bullet casings were discovered at a parking area located 30 metres away from the entrance of the premises. Preliminary police investigation revealed that the men opened fire at the centre at 10.50 pm, apparently as a warning over what is believed to be a misunderstanding over business matters. At the time of the shooting, four employees were reported to be outside the entrance and reception area. A member of the public, who was also outside the entrance at that time, said he heard several shots being fired from the area of the car park. It is also believed the suspects fled the scene on a motorcycle.
