China adds internet courts in Beijing, Guangzhou, following Hangzhou

China has officially unveiled in Beijing the country's second Internet court dedicated to handling online disputes. A third court is expected to open this month in the southern city of Guangzhou. The first Internet court opened in Hangzhou -- the birthplace of China's e-commerce giant Alibaba -- a little over a year ago.
